This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Tickactive (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you install or use the App on your device. By using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Who we are

Tickactive is a software application for cryptocurrency-related information display and personal journaling / bookkeeping on your device. The App is not a trading platform, does not execute orders, does not provide custody of digital assets, and does not move funds on your behalf.

2. Information stored on your device

Much of the data you see in the App (for example: watchlists, locally entered holdings or trades, cached market or news content used for display, preferences) may be stored on your device using the storage mechanisms provided by the operating system (such as local application storage). This data is primarily used to operate the features you choose to use and to improve your experience within the App.

Uninstalling the App may remove locally stored data, subject to your device’s operating system behaviour. You are responsible for any backups you require before uninstallation.

3. Network and server communications

When you use features that load content over the internet (for example: market information, news, or configuration endpoints you or we enable), your device sends standard technical information typical of HTTP(S) requests (such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and request URLs) to the servers involved. Those servers are operated by their respective providers; their handling of data is governed by their own policies and practices.

We design the App to minimise collection of personal data. You should only enable remote endpoints and embedded web content that you trust, and ensure that any URLs you configure comply with applicable laws and platform rules (including Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines where applicable).

4. Analytics and advertising

Unless separately disclosed in-app or in an updated version of this Policy, the App does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs for behavioural profiling. If we add optional analytics or similar technologies in a future release, we will update this Policy and, where required by law, obtain appropriate consent before activation.

5. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required in your jurisdiction (often 13 or 16, depending on region). We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently received such information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the App. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you use the App at your own risk and should protect your device with a strong passcode or biometric lock where available.

7. International users

If you access the App from outside your home country, your information may be processed in countries where you, your device, or the servers you connect to are located. By using the App, you understand that such transfers may occur.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law in your region, you may have rights to:

• Request access to personal information we hold about you (if any is processed in a way that identifies you);
• Request correction or deletion, where feasible;
• Object to or restrict certain processing;
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Because much of the App’s data may reside only on your device, we may not be able to access or delete it remotely. Where we do hold identifiable information, we will respond to valid requests within a reasonable time. Contact us at the email below.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will be revised when material changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy, unless applicable law requires a different process.
